CJ Cowden has over 13 years experience in the art world. She is an award winning and published artist who exhibits her work through Dallas and galleries across the country. Many of her pieces are in private collections. Cowden believes in and has a passion for helping other artists achieve their goals through mentoring and encouragement. Cowden is currently curating her own gallery space that houses over 30 of her works. She feels she has the opportunity for her art to be a constant study of color, texture and movement. Using a multitude of media she can bring the viewer into a world they may not have perceived of. Douglas King has worked in the publishing industry for 29 years, beginning as a columnist for a small-town paper and working up to publisher of the internationally distributed architecture and design magazine Hawaiian Style. His writing has appeared in over a dozen magazines worldwide. Currently he is the editor in chief of Dallas Style & Design. He has authored, or co-authored a half dozen books. As an artist, King has been represented by Beaudry Gallery in Dallas, TX, and is now with Frisco Fine Art. He explores a number of motifs in his art but is most drawn to abstract expressionism and integrating calligraphy into his work. He was co-juror of the first Envision Art Exhibit, Fervor, in 2019 and curated an art show for the Dallas Market in 2018.
